Flume – Left Alone feat. Chet Faker (Ta-ku Remix)

This is the kinda remix that needs no intro, explanation or conformation. But I’ll go ahead and say some words any. FUCK, THIS IS SO DAMN GOOD!!!

Flume. Faker. Ta-ku. These are Aussie names that make magic stuff happen when they’re producing alone, let alone in a trio.  But with Ta-ku on the remix of this classic track from Flume’s mega album of last year, the results are heavier than lead dropping from the the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Always the master of balance, Ta-ku has this one teetering between slinky sideways glances and dark alley attitude. Rolling from the smooth and sensual, and then hurtling you into a head on collision of bass and beats. Like taking an evening stroll in a t-shirt, only be suddenly caught out by a torrential downpour you weren’t expecting. Have you ever been soaked to the core in a rainstorm? It’s quite an experience.

Yes, it’s a trap remix, but it’s gonna blow you out of the water.
