Paradise Music Festival
The scorching force of contemporary Australian music has found a new outlet from which to erupt and ooze outward: Paradise Music Festival.
Held near Lake Mountain betwixt the panoramic Victorian Alps and Great Dividing Range, this brand new festival dawns on the threshold of the Australian Summer: November 29 – December 1.
Paradise Music Festival features 45 Australian wave-making acts, including: indie band Glass Towers, electronic pop babe Elizabeth Rose, beatmaker Oisima, a DJ set from Naysayer and Gilsun, the 80s Austaliana pop of Client Liason, I’lls, LUCIANBLOMKAMP, Animaux, NO ZU, Electric Sea Spider, Deja and so many more.
Six visual artists will adorn the festival decor, conjuring up the feel of a “modern, metropolitan Eden.”
Early bird camping tickets cost only $116 ($88 for no camping) and are on sale now. Ticket holders get access to side attractions such as a tube run, mountain bike tracks, a flying fox and lazertag skirmish.
Stunning vistas, stirring new music, cheap tickets, friendly crowd and a freaking flying fox! Surely this shiny, ripe new fruit must taste like Paradise. Book flights now or road trip down to try a bite.
